Christmas in the woods needlepoint by Pat Thode

I love this limited edition sampler so much that I bought one for myself. (I’m not much of a fan of dating canvases, so I will probably stitch over the date. True collectors will leave it in.) Each one of Pat Thode’s canvases, no matter how small, comes with a wonderful stitch guide that transforms the canvas as if touched with a magic wand (or needle, as the case may be.) This is definitely an heirloom piece.

We have other new canvases from Pat Thode on our website. (posted by Michele)

Paris Bell Pull needlepoint by Trubey

This Paris canvas by Trubey takes you right to the City of Lights. The sights include the Tour Eiffel, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe, a glass pyramid at the Louvre, the Basilique du Sacre’ Coeur, and an Art Deco Metro station entrance. I’ve already started thinking of stitch suggestions—the stained glass windows in the Notre Dame Cathedral call out for beading. Imagine dreaming of Paris while you stitch this canvas. Its quite a large canvas and almost 40 inches tall.

You can see more from Fleur de Paris on our website. (posted by Michele)
