New needlepoint finishing technique
We have a brand new finishing technique, a weighted Roly Poly that will rock if lightly touched. They can be finished with or without the feet. What fun for a Christmas canvas or for a baby’s canvas!

Trillium & needlepoint in Northern Michigan
If Northern Michigan picked the state flower it would be the trillium. They blanket our forests and road sides for a brief time around Mothers’ Day. Now you can enjoy them all year round. Plant some of your own in needlepoint.

Needlepoint Stitch guide on CD – Volume II
Just arrived in our store—the second volume of Ruth Schmuff’s Stitches CD, with over 300 stitches diagrammed. This is a great resource for the traveling needlepointer—no more lugging books along. The CDs are also terrific for creating your own stitch guides.

Summery fruit needlepoint from All About Stitching
I found these fruit canvases at the San Diego trade show. The artist, Kim Walton, had a stitched model made up as a darling purse—very fun and summery. They would be wonderful as pillows or framed pieces in a kitchen or sun-room. There are more examples on the Dede Ogden page.
How cute is this canvas made up as a purse? We can finish any canvas in a variety of purse styles, from simple to over the top!
